Xalles Advisors is a unique model to support the Acceleration business stage.

The Xalles Advisors program is a paid program that enables graduates from the Xalles Studio or other outside incubation programs that have strong business plans to further refine their strategies through the development of a business roadmap. The roadmap will encompass investment strategies, corporate structure, business development, and market expansion. The fees for the Xalles Advisors program will be in the form of equity, notes or cash payments. Additional services beyond advisory services are available through Xalles Shared Services.

Besides the development of the business roadmap, the goal of Xalles Advisors is to reduce risk from the future of the participating business and set them up for the right pathway choice in the Growth Stage. Discussing the options and opportunities with Advisors and the business’ management team is a key activity during this stage. Knowing how to best raise additional funding, maximize revenue and profit while reducing risks is part of the education process involving real world experts.

Advisory board members with deep industry and specialized knowledge to offer added value and mentorship to each participating entity. Xalles is adding to its advisory board and will announce new members as they are added. They are assigned to companies based on industry expertise and the needs of the participating company.

Just as there is no fixed timeframe for participating companies to be in this stage, most companies are expected to be with Xalles Advisors for a period of a few to several months. There are a few ways in which an Advisors participant can “graduate”. The company could be offered a proposal from Xalles Holdings through the RISE model. Xalles may also suggest relationships with potential buyers or M&A partners. Xalles may also recommend a relationship with its partner investment banking firms or direct investment through its network. The participating company will have the opportunity to choose its ultimate roadmap pathway.
